Fall quarter 2008 3D Design, Applied Creative Thinking

The criteria for this project was to use spaghetti and hot glue to create an aesthetically pleasing sculpture that could also support up to 25 lbs. My project held the 25 lbs.

The image isn't as crisp, but it was a logo design, I am planning on using this as the main character for my children's books that I would like to write and illustrate

Life Drawing I

27x30, chalk pastel. Eclepticism, the use of multiple artists into one orignal piece. I used, Frida Kahlo, MC Escher, Salvador Dali, and Michelangelo.

Drawing II - 2nd Quarter

the first two flower studies were done for drawing 2. The one is black and white ink with black water color. the second is pencil and water color.
Following those is a perspective study. We had to make a hallway with 5 boxes inside the picture plane. see if you can find them. It is also ink and black water color.

1st quarter SCAD drawing 101 assignments

These are still lifes I've done in class. The first still life is charcoal on newsprint. The second is White conte crayon on Mi tiennes black paper. the third is charcoal on newsprint and the last one is in acrylic black and white on canvas board. It was a 2D Design project using a reference, (I chose escher) and to rotate it and create some type of movement within the piece.
